How will my order ship to me?

We process your order and will ship as soon as possible. uses several different shipping methods to ensure your items arrive to you in the most expedient manner. All orders will ship via ground shipping unless noted on the product page.

How long will delivery of my order take?

All items, unless noted on the product page, will ship via ground shipping. Delivery can take up to 3-7 business days after the ship date. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is $10.95 per order. Orders above $149.00 have complimentary shipping.

Where can I ship my items? ships anywhere within the contiguous 48 United States. cannot ship to the following addresses: International, APO/FPO Military bases, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico.

How are perishable food items shipped to me? will ship perishable food items according to the necessary shipping method, most food items will ship either 2 day or Overnight. Please refer to the shipping method on the product page for exact ship method your item will ship with.

How is furniture shipped to me?

If your furniture item cannot be shipped to you via ground shipping a customer service representative will reach out to you to schedule your furniture delivery.

Why did only part of my order ship to me?

We make an effort to ship your items together and prioritize shipping goods to the customer as quickly as we can. There will be times when we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments due to:
- Ordered items are shipping from different fulfillment centers
- Availability of the items ordered during order processing


What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied and your item is not a final sale, we accept returns by mail within 30 days of purchase. Please go to to begin your return. There is a $10 flat fee charged per return shipping label. If your item is defective and you would like the shipping label fee waived or you have any questions all about a return please contact us by email at or call us (888) – 375 – 4026, 7 AM – 7 PM CT Monday- Friday to process your return.

Return any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags for a full refund in the original form of payment. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. All merchandise marked “Final Sale” on are not eligible for returns. Please review our exclusions list here for items that are non-returnable. Exchanges cannot be processed.

Can I exchange an item?
