Created in partnership between Fishwife and Fly by Jing, these tins of spicy smoked salmon bring an element of warmth to your kitchen and culinary creations. Salmon sourced from third-generation family farmers in the Arctic circle is brined in salt, garlic salt, and brown sugar, then handpacked in a Washington state family-owned cannery with Sichuan Chili Crisps from Fly by Jing, the first premium Chinese food company developed by Jing Gao out of Los Angeles. Each tin is ripe with deep flavor that balances tingly, smokey, spicy, and sweet sensations. Available in a pack of three, these tins are a must have in your home pantry and make for a beautiful gift to the food lovers in your life.

In an effort to elevate the culture of cooking at home, Fishwife works with responsibly-managed fisheries, aquaculture farms, and family-owned canneries based out of Washington State and Idaho. Together, they have created the first Fair Trade Certified smoked tinned salmon and the first 100% domestically-sourced and produced tinned rainbow trout, all while continuing to push the boundaries on flavor for tinned seafood.
