How will my order ship to me?

We process your order and will ship as soon as possible. Martha.com uses several different shipping methods to ensure your items arrive to you in the most expedient manner. All orders will ship via ground shipping unless noted on the product page.

How long will delivery of my order take?

All items, unless noted on the product page, will ship via ground shipping. Delivery can take up to 3-7 business days after the ship date. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.

What is the cost of shipping?

Flat Rate Standard Shipping of $10.95 on all orders.

Where can I ship my items?

Martha.com ships anywhere within the contiguous 48 United States. Martha.com cannot ship to the following addresses: International, APO/FPO Military bases, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico.

How are perishable food items shipped to me?

Martha.com will ship perishable food items according to the necessary shipping method, most food items will ship either 2 day or Overnight. Please refer to the shipping method on the product page for exact ship method your item will ship with.

How is furniture shipped to me?

If your furniture item cannot be shipped to you via ground shipping a customer service representative will reach out to you to schedule your furniture delivery.

Why did only part of my order ship to me?

We make an effort to ship your items together and prioritize shipping goods to the customer as quickly as we can. There will be times when we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments due to:
- Ordered items are shipping from different fulfillment centers
- Availability of the items ordered during order processing

Returns

What is your return policy?

As of 10/24/2023 - all items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Prior to that date, if you purchased a non final sale item, you have 30 days to get a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can request a return on the portal

Return any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags for a full refund in the original form of payment. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. There is a $10 flat fee charged per return shipping label. If your item is defective or if you have any questions about a return please contact us by submitting your information and inquiry to this form

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges cannot be processed. A new order must be placed for the item you wish to exchange. You can place a new order on the website or submit your information and inquiry to this form, and our customer Service team will reach out to you within 24-48 hours via email.
