Promotions

When you sign up for emails, your 15% off complimentary promo code can be applied at Checkout to most items. Your promo code is excluded from use on outdoor furniture and items from the following collections: American Made, D’Artagnan, Baccarat.

You are able to use one discount code per order. You will see the reduced sale prices for your items reflected in your order summary once you have entered the promo code.

Please have the promo code and your order number. If the promo code is valid and your order qualifies for this, the discount will be applied to your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied we accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase. You can process your return at returns.martha.com

Return any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags for a full refund in the original form of payment. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. All merchandise marked “Final Sale” on Martha.com are not eligible for returns. Exchanges cannot be processed.

Exchanges cannot be processed. A new order must be placed for the item you wish to exchange. You can place a new order on the website, or you can submit your information and inquiry to this form and our Customer Service team will reach out to you to process an exchange.

In the event that you received a damaged item, please submit your information and inquiry to this form.

Ordering & Payment

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please submit your information and inquiry to this form. Orders are processed very quickly once submitted, therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify your order if it has already been processed.

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
In order for payments to be accepted, the bill and credit card addresses must match. A preauthorization will be placed on your card for your order amount immediately upon purchase. Your card will not be charged until your order ships.

We make an effort to ship your items together and prioritize shipping goods to the customer as quickly as we can. There will be times when we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments due to:
- Ordered items are shipping from different fulfillment centers
- Availability of the items ordered during order processing

Every order is unique so reasons for delays may vary. Reasons include but are not limited to:
- The address and phone number provided does not match what your bank has on file
- Your order has items with special delivery requirements that may have longer lead time for delivery. (Ex.:Furniture or oversized deliveries that require LTL shipping may deliver longer than the standard delivery time.)

Martha.com is not authorized to handle purchases made from other retailers. If you are experiencing issues with a Martha Stewart product that was not purchased through Martha.com, please contact the retailer where you purchased your product from for the best possible service. We are unable to accept items purchased from other retailers and will not be held responsible for such items while in possession or in transit.
